Isnt tmac in third he finishd 2nd way ahead of sheppard & erb and there was only 15 points difference

Is there any way TMac can get to second? Havnt looked at points in weeks. Are you guys 100% on the lawsuit drivers not being allowed to run at Charlotte?? That's like suing the state road and not being able to drive to work. I understand where UMP is coming from but the courts are gonna hear the attemp to blackball these drivers from the way they make a living. That isn't gonna look good

Better night of racing than I truly expected. Glad to say that. If JD didn't break, the caution didn't come out, etc. It could have been a much different night. Congrats to Dale. On to Rome.

If I'm not mistaken, Dirt Model Live had a lawyer on one night and he said it would be within the sanctioning bodies right to do so and they could go as far as to ban them from racing any of their events until the law suit is settled. They can still race at other tracks that are not sanctioned by WRG so, really they can still make a living. I think that's the very reason Brandon dropped out of the law suit.

and you heard right kidrock with bshepp living in UMP country and can' t hit some those races not good for the soul , that lawsuit is going bite the other 4 in the azz but oh well
