Unless someone gets hurt why worry? Some say its for insurance but insurance is a bunch of political bs anymore. Theres always talk about the local drivers not making the show or how the little guy cant make it because of cost. This will be the same thing. They wont want to spend money on entry fee because they know they did some kind of drugs a day or two before or they have a medical card and know theyll pop up hot. What if a driver has a terminal problem such as cancer or has an anxiety problems or chronic pain and doesnt want to take the chance of being hooked on pills the rest of their lives. And in the state they live in you can get a medical marijuana card. Smoking pot is not all you can get with it. You can get different candys and drinks that have THC in them to relieve their disorders. You get tested and theres the THC. So now your labeled a druggie thats stupid. As Ive said what they do on their own time is there business. And I just dont see anyone blazing a doobie right before they strap into a racecar.

Grant Junghans fought that fight from the time he was 21 until his passing on March 12th 2016 and his Family never considered Medical Marijuana for treatment for him....
