Believe UMP and WOO are both owned by WRG or World Racing Group. Eldora races are actually run under the UMP banner. That's why Bloomers beef about tiregate extended to the World of Outlaws. So I'd guess if that situation still exists you'll not see Scott at Volusia.

Stacy Boles usually goes to Volusia. If he goes again, my guess is Ray Cook would go down there with him since Ray drives for Stacy.
