JD released his 2017 schedule last night. http://jonathandavenport.net/49schedule.htmlLike they initially planned, a lot of regional racing along with virtually all of the crown jewels with the exception of Cedar Lake.

That's funny. Website says Cedar Lake is his favorite race. It is a long drive though. Overall it is a well thought out schedule.

Sure doesn't look like a cherry pickin schedule to me. Aside from a few Ultimate and Spring Nat. races, they're all National events. Impressive schedule for someone that is scaling back and running more regional.

The part I don't get is why does everyone think JD is going to resurrect the BW chassis? Is it because He really is Clark Kent? It sure didn't work that well for Jimmy Owens and we all know his capabilities.

I hope things go well for them. I enjoy nothing more than when a non touring guy takes home a Lucas or WoO cardboard check, but I'd be surprised if they won more than 1 or 2 Lucas or Outlaw races.

Keep in mind that barry and jd worked good together and they will tweek the bw chassis to there liking. Im not a fan of bw chassis but i think they will do good. They had that good run before jd went to cbr..

I hope you're right. We need more diversity on both National tours. It would be good.

He'll win his share of races down in the Southeast but I'll stick with 1 or maybe 2 wins at the National level.

We should have a contest, guess how many wins JD will rack up in 2017. Closest without going over.
