Rule should have been common sense to begin with. What does it matter who finally said something or had enough pull to get it done? Be professional enough to get there on time. Everyone else seems to be able to pull it off.

Let's assume for the sake of argument that it was because Bowyer said something. If that's the case, maybe we can ask him to say something about the idiots who stop on the track to draw a caution and then just take off once the yellow flag flies.

It's a good rule

I'm pretty sure that Lucas is tired of the "Bloomer showing up late" spectacle. It takes away from the overall night of racing. I will say this though, It's pretty amazing at how good he can do while missing so many hot laps at a track. Reminds me of watching hot lap sessions at tracks and seeing that rig with the big bow tie on the trailer. Just laughed to myself because I knew Ronnie Johnson was there and was going to put on a show without even hot lapping.
