But Bloomer also abused the sh!t outta them provisionals too. I'm good with the rule. Being late repeatedly just because you're late, no. Now, the rule about all the drivers must agree to give a guy a mulligan, lol. That ain't going to work out equally, it's a popularity contest and a way to gain points by voting no.
