East Bay Timing?

So I see that race time is 7PM according to the East Bay site -- is that warm ups or is that the actual start of heat racing? I'm trying to figure out if I need to go in to work early this week to make it home in time to watch the broadcast(s). I usually don't get home until about 7:30. I don't mind missing warm ups, or even time trials but prefer not to miss heats. I read somewhere Eastbay usually ends around 9:30 or so -- if that is the case then I assume they couldn't be starting heats at 7 with just one division.

lucas oil tv broadcast is set to start each day at 6pm east
so i would imagine 7pm is race time , with hots & qual being broadcast at 6
