How did Bronson not have to go to rear?

Bronson pulled one of his patent dive bombs & takes himself out but keeps his spot.

I know he kept his car moving but was going almost backwards up the track & collected H O'Neal.

I know they have the car kept moving rule.

I think it is stupid b/c the 40 caused that caution plain & simple.

I would like to see Bloomer or top name driver just start doing doughnuts in middle of race one night & never stop & see if they call a caution & get put in the rear.

I think I heard Essex say the caution was for a spin in T2 as well.

None the less this is where the "stop and you goto the back" rule fails because trying to keep moving took someone else out. But Bronson is a bone head so.....
