Yes that was Patrick Davis on the DoD video.. He works with DoD crew. Peoria's regular announcer quit last year.. The new announcer was pulled from the creek next to the track about 5 minutes before the gates opened . Add a screwed up sound system to the mix and you might as well call it a normal night at Peoria Speedway.
It wasn't a normal night at Peoria. I didn't see any drunks get tackled or hear "SECURITY TO THE PITS!". That's all we were missing.
