I don't think it is as clear cut as some do. There are some potential problems for Bloomer and Kid Rocket. Bloomer has the Late to the races thing, ready to pop up at anytime. Josh has the new track problem. All though Best Racing has book on B Shep, they don't on Richards for a lot of the Lucas tracks, he will be seeing for the first time, this year.
