The weekend before the Dream is open on the lucas schedule. It's strange to me why they moved it too. It's always been the weekend before the Dream for as long as I remember.

Lucas and drivers requested the week between the Show Me and the Dream be left open. Why, I am not sure. I just know that was the reason Florence moved it.
