Bagley has had flashes in the pan at least, I was in Columbus when he won 20K a couple years ago, that was a big win for him. It's hard to run one of those tours being based in Texas, granted it is East Texas but still. That is a long way from most every race on tour. Only a couple (which they've already had) within 5 hours of there. Kilgore, would have been Little Rock, maybe Salina, Meridian. That's about it.

Two things that hurt Morgan in my opinion are jumping out of Rockets just before the XR-1 era and jumping into the Club just as the Club left for the Lucas tour. Not much traveling support for the Black Diamonds in WOO and they've had a bunch of changes in their first couple years . He ran great last fall in Charlotte and transferred thru his results. He also was parked amongst the Stuckey stable.

I doubt anybody will leave Lucas until after the Show-Me, where which I assume there will be provisionals to be taken. I like Culp but I don't disagree, it would probably be better for his program to pull off.

I don't know much about Steve Francis and his team, but man, they need to get something going or get off, unless their sponsors just want him running the tour. Seems like they would be a lot better suited running regionally such as McDowell.

Maybe time for a Chassis change?

Cook has been driving a Capital car for both himself and a little bit for Stacy Boles, and the Wynn motorsports car will be a Capital as well. Heckenast JR is the driver referred to.

He gave it a good run. We (I especially) give him a hard time due to his results and reliance on provisional, but at least he is out there doing it. Wish him the best. He will be a lot better regionally because of it.

I'm not so sure. The local/regional talent in this area tends to be quite competitive when the national series come around.
