Only 10 cars remained out of 24 in a 40 lap race. JD looked strong and 18 laps in his car made contact with lapped traffic while battling for the lead. Pulled off a few laps later. Car dropped drastically after contact. Bailes, Franklin, and Fergy all with disappointing nights.

talked to guy at Fayetteville with Willie said they didn't like how unforgiven the car was that it's easy to get off on the set up. Heard this about the XR-1 also that one night you can look like a hero the next you can be just a little off and really struggle
