What goes into labeling a race as a crown jewel?

Since virtually everyone has an opinion as to what makes a race a crown jewel, here's my list of criteria.

To me Car quality and car count is the main thing. Then money, at least $30,000 to win and $2000 to start. Facility is next and fan count and hype for the event.
