I was aware of his bullsh!t that's why I didn't go. He an @$$hole that has run drivers off left and right. Danville used to be a good track to until his @$$ got a hold of it. When he first got a hold of Boswell his main reason to open it was to try and close Shadyhill Speedway all because he was black flagged there about 5/6 years ago and stated a fight in the pits, and look how that turned out for him.
