    SAS thunderhill updates

23 cars. Surprise appearance from Jason Welshan. He looked good in hotlap as did most of the homers. Lap times around 12.0. Hope it turns out to be a barn burner with sas in town and the way the locals get around this joint. I believe winchester having to call off this week because of the robbery has helped the car count here. Unfortunate but fact...

I'll do what I can between database errors and being in dam Amish country.

Brad Skinner fastest group 1. 11.49 I think it was. You'd think I would be able to hear Dewayne clearly lol

Edit: 11.95 on that overall quick time

Horton fastest group 2. No repeat on time but not fast as Skinner. Couple big ruts in 1 & 3 got us a few tire issues already

No heat races? So how many hours since the SAS cars qualified?

No heats. Puzzeled me too. Must be some different format similar to what the ray cook series do. Slm qual was over at 8:15 ( central) per the time stamp on my post....its midnight. Updates were nearly live.

9 laps in. First caution. Couple cars in back spin in turn 1. Skinner, horton, brannon tight racing so far. Welshan and hickman coming

Restart and putnam does his usual and spins in front of half the field

Dacus wins it. Skinner, horton, hickman, welshan round top 5. First twenty laps were awesome, worth a few minutes on DoD, on mute of course. Second half of the race was just Dacus going through traffic

                            Dacus won?

But he qualified 7th and no heat races. I've heard that that's impossible as everyone just finishes where they start in the south. Guess those other six must have broke.

                            Congrats to the 54 crew.

That format blows a$$ no matter how ya look at it. North South East West, whatever, horrible format.
Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.
