well, guys...JD parked it, and it wasn't even close! The XR1 was flying. Congrats to JD on win #1 on the year. Kind of says something about how it just wasn't working with BWRC. He was 0 for 30 something there and 1 for 1 so far with GR Smith. A track he has never raced on. XR1 was working tonight. Everyone else was standing still.

should definitely be harder tomorrow. That being said, the monkey is off his back. A win does wonders for confidence. Especially in a brand new ride.

JD looked liked he was comfortable tonight, Hawkins started 12th and was up to third with in 15?laps and was catching Irwin and JD and engine overheated, it would have been a little more interesting if that wouldn't have happened. Good win for JD though.

Granted,this field wasn't exactly filled with a who's who of slm drivers.Wise choice for a maiden voyage and $5200.00 ain't too bad.
