I think they do at the ones under $10k. But I'm not actually 100% positive.

Yes that's how they do it down here. They're clueless. And it's why I and a lot of other racing fans refuse to attend these shows. Even if they're only a few minutes away, we won't go. These organizations are just throwing money away and running off longtime race fans.

As a fan who's been a bit of everywhere, I still could not care less about heats if they're straight up starting. Just have a racy track when the race that pays money starts.

I do love the the superiority complex of the enlightened one in this thread though.
