My guess is , since he was off a tick the past couple of races, maybe the crew, driver, and equipment need a re-fresh.

The last 3 or so races they have looked like they were off a little... maybe checking all the nuts and bolts....

The outlaw boys have been out on the road for several weeks now. It actually surprises me Terbo is there. Eckert is there for obvious reasons. It was said shep was supposed to drive the 02 car earlier in the week. I don't know what happened there.
