So apparently it's $125 for a reserved seat for the weekend! They do have actual seats. Or $35 a day for General admission! Not sure about this one!

That is really Bad if PC didn't even have the courtesy or decency to even call SAS to say they were not being used bc SAS is a first class racing organization! Already have heard they may not even be a lot of Late Models for this race.

I understand that lots of people are not fond of EAMS and its been that way for some time. This may be a little off topic for the thread title but at 20k$ (was 30k$ at one point) why has Moyer not tried his hand at the National in some time?

I guess he can smell a rat a little better than the rest of us.

I don't know how many guys will not run because of it not being sanctioned by SAS, but I am sure that it will be a difference than in past years, with the payoff for sure not as good, organization will be lacking and plus having to pay for parking, and stay all day & night many of the SAS drivers I have talked and the ones that go because it was sanctioned say they are not going to miss it all

Anyone know who was there last night? We're still deciding about this weekend. Pretty sure we aren't going tonight.

Jason Heitt, Casey Roberts, Jake Knowels, Terrance Nowell were probably the fastest last night. looked like 18 to 20 cars last night for practice.

It's sad to here about the situation at EAMS.

I owned a Jig-A-Lo car back in the early 80's... I had been a fan in the stands several times during the 70's in my early trucking days down there. After I bought that race car I mentioned it to one of the folks working there one night and the whole Thomas family welcomed me with open arms.

This was just before Sr. passed away... I got to meet him and talk racing, chassis set-ups and such.

It's a shame things have gone to the crapper...
