The Baltes Classic wasn't very dusty compared to some of the races last year. But, they also didn't have 120 LM's on it either. The only time you need 900hp at Eldora is when the track is heavy and tacky. I saw a lot of guys putting on restrictor plates Sunday night which most did for the Dream also.
