Roger Slacks ignorant rules probably. The same reason you have to bolt them on now instead of a quick turn fastener. I go to a lot of Eldora shows and have seen numerous WoO sprint car guys still using the quick turn fasteners and don't get in trouble or anything even mentioned to them about it. Most guys have them bolted on but still a handful that don't... Never understood how some get a away with it and some don't. Luck of the draw I guess?
