Granted it was 100 lapper but the guy went to the front, then had to go to the back and then came from last and then lapped up to like the top 5? And won. Doesn't matter where he starts.

Wheel covers are not allowed on the left side at all. They're allowed on the right side, but have to have the cars number on them, along with the fuel cap.

Vic had it on in qualifying. I figured he would get busted if he ran it during the heat, and he did.
