Bloomer will earn every dollar if he comes from 9th in a heat to transfer or even if he comes out of the B. If he is in the race, from any starting spot, he can win it. We've seen it. That's what is crazy (and should be terrifying to other competitors), if Scott hired one more guy to just manage the team and make sure they left when they need to, have the toolbox in the truck, have the cars in the truck, and all Scott had to do was setup the car and drive.....he'd win 75% of the races.
