He and his dad were semi regulars at Antioch Speedway, the CA one, some 15 or so years ago and had the biggest truck/trailer combo in the pits at the bullring 1/4. Pitted near them several times and I got on well with his dad and the amounts he told me he spent were astronomical. My construction company had Smuckers' strawberry plants in Oxnard and Watsonville as a customer for many years. The plants were only open for 8-12 weeks every year and we did repairs and remodels on the place so I know what kind of bucks are in the strawberry biz.Comment
