looking for a race in illinois or iowa on october 15

i'm driving from Cincinnati to Lincoln, Nebraska on October 15. I've looked for races at a few tracks but I haven't had much luck in finding any races. i'd prefer late models but a sprint race would be good too. I can drive out I-70 or I-80. I was just wondering if you guys might have any ideas. thanks, bruce

If you could make it Saturday the 14th Jacksonville Speedway in Jacksonville IL will have 410 wing sprints for the Ron Milton race of champions race and the powrI midgets will be racing that night as well. It's a little way out of your way but, It's thought.

I don't know of any Sunday specials in eastern Iowa that weekend. Cedar County Raceway has their Fall Bash on the 14th.

Know not late models but usmts modified series would be worth looking into. Remember their professional mod series and put on great racing even on TV. Just extra option. I'm sure it's not like watching your local mod show
