Where are you talking about? WOO-Lucas? Regional Series? Local track? On the national level I'd say Andy Durham has more wins when you consider he powers Bloomer, Sheppard, Richards and a few others. That little sticker on the nose doesn't always match what's under the hood.Originally posted by Twist'EM Up View PostHell of a power plant!! builds a very stout unit , wins bunches, and should be proud of what he puts out.......top notch.
About the only blemish I can see are those 3 crown jewel Jack stand 100 races won by the rainbow warriors out of pa that have them in the car.Where is the move over flag when you need it?????

Cornett builds a very, very solid piece. They certainly win races and championships pretty consistently.

If you ever had the pleasure of meeting Red Cornett, It was a treat! One of the hardest working men that I ever seen, Worked right up till he died! I ran around with Red's son-in-law and everything Red done, He did it 100% including his love of hunting! Jack had a great father and mentor! They built airplane motors, Tiger woods golf cart motor and even did a locomotive motor for Walt Disney World at one time!

The INDY cars were always listed something like this... Konstant Hot/Salih/Offenhauser or Leader Card/Watson/Offenhauser or Foyt/Coyote/Ford... owner or sponsor first...chassis builder second... engine make third.
Good info especially for the occasional race fan that doesn't follow the sports every detail.Member of the Luxemburg Speedway Hall of Fame
