Not very many open motor LM in that area. I think it was expected to be low. Hoosier also kicked in and paid part of the ticket sales to make the price lower for fans.

Disclaimer we ended our season early and am waiting on the new car. That said, Lucas MLRA, Lucas Oil National BOTH send me invites in the mail, and reach out to get drivers. I know when they are close to my house they make sure I have tire rules ahead, and everything is ready. I have not been solicited to come race once by WoO.

This is what happens when invade an area with less than 5 somewhat open late models left. And you do it on a Sunday night. The bottom 2 guys on the speed chart are crates.

Umm...it's a Sunday night race, in late September??? In an area that doesn't have a ton of open motor cars???
With school in session, a sunday night race with a 7pm start time is a poor decision period, regardless of location. The location of this event, as far as drawing slm's makes it a more ? decision.
WoO would've been better served to schedule 2 events this weekend in IL, IA, OH, MI, or WI.
I applaud WoO for visiting a "new" track, but do the event justice and go there in June or July or on a Friday or Saturday if in Sept.
