What year did rolling and soaking become illegal? In the late 90s with the 3s,6s,11s etc etc we rolled and soaked from the inside and it was a common thing. I disappeared from the sport while away in the service and just lost track of time and rules

Yep......the cheater list and the winner list will be the same. If you aint winning or finishing in the top 3 on a regular basis, your tires wont be getting tested!
