No sense in even looking at the forecast until Thursday, and even then they still won't be able to get it right.

How do you know he didn’t pass if there wasn’t any test done? Speculation, bitterness and hate doesn’t prove anything. I believe the reason it happens more at Eldora is because winning there is so coveted, that and they implemented a strict tire rule. Stricter tire rules always lead to tire cheating.

Well your statement is contradictory. First you say you know he was illegal, but then you follow that up with no one was allowed to protest. Which is it? If no test is conducted, (ie protest) then how does anyone know he was illegal? I'm not vouching for his character or anything, but what your saying doesn't add up to a conspiracy, at least not how you presented it.
