^^^ I feel the same way as Bullring. The story said he got to race at the end of September under a "deferral" while the lab results of his tire samples were evaluated (or examined, something like that). So assuming the results were upheld, why aren't those three days he was allowed to race in September then added to the end of the original sentence?
And don't get me wrong, I don't really care if he races or not, but it sort of makes a mockery of the penalty system. I look at it like the Ezekiel Elliot deal in football. They found a Judge that put a hold on the suspension, so he could play, but now that another Judge/s say no to that, he will still have to sit out the original 6 games. They're not going to count the five weeks he got to play as part of the suspension, and only sit him for one additional game.
Maybe the penalties in racing need to be a number of races, and not a time frame. The way it is, it's like when MLB sits down a pitcher for 5 or 6 games. Big deal! They most likely only miss one start, at the most. What if it had rained for the entire month of his suspension? It really wouldn't have suspended him from anything then.Last edited by TheJet-09; 10-14-2017, 02:44 PM.

Oh, I didn't say it wasn't fuked up and some home cooking.Originally posted by bullring View PostBut didn't he race during that time? Seems like if suspension isn't announced until 30 days after the infraction it really isn't a penalty.
The fact that he is still second in points is total BS. Look at the 5 from a couple years ago, 4m and WRG were going to hang em from a tree. Far as I can tell he lost about $15k supposedly and that's it. Or Josh and Best and what happened with LaSalle. Yeah, it wreaks to high heaven.Up in the air who my next “favorite†driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normalâ€.

I copied this right off of the ump DIRTcar website from the PR that explains Maddens penalty........>N.) Any member that attempts and/or is found to be using tires that are found to be illegal in any manner will be suspect to disqualification and/or fine and/or suspension and/or loss of points and/or any other action deemed appropriate by DIRTcar Officials and/or World Racing Group Supervisory Officials. The minimum penalty for any (chemically) altered tire will be as follows: disqualification from the event, and/or a fine up to 1,000 championship or track points, loss of all earned purse and/or reward money from the event, a fine equal to and/or more than the purse money rewarded for the event and/or a minimum suspension of 1 month (minimum or 4 races) up to six (6) months in duration.>e) A suspension from all sanctioned DIRTcar Late Model events, including World of Outlaws Craftsman Late Models Series, for thirty (30) consecutive days (September 10, 2017 through October 10, 2017).>All the other WOO drivers should be furious.Originally posted by TheJet-09 View Post^^^ I feel the same way as Bullring. I really don't understand why WRG keeps make it look bad for themselves. The way they handled the deal with Josh/Best at LaSalle and now this Madden penalty makes you wonder who is incharge of these stupid decisions. Late Model racing needs good decision/rules makers and good people to make sure the rules are the same for everyone not stuff like this. How will it be handle next time? Guess it will matter who it is. Total Disgrace to all the other competitors with WOO as well as all the other competitors that were at Eldora.Last edited by onlyfacts; 10-15-2017, 11:21 AM.

He raced in Kansas and Oklahoma during that time. It just so happened the penalty wasn't made public till a few days after those races. What's different this time from all other suspension penalties with WRG is the suspension always started after the appeal now they come up with some BS that it was in defferal. What it really boils down to there was no suspension. So if they were smart 🙄 they should have swept it under the rug if they weren't going to recognize the 30 day suspension.Originally posted by bullring View PostBut didn't he race during that time? Just another Weasel move by WRG. No results from the tire test and a shady suspension, not saying he deserved a suspension. There was no proof published. WRG keeps looking more shady all the time. They change the rules as they go. Who needs a sanction like that.

They didn't and couldn't donate a million dollars to fight cancer. This is about just being consistent and doing the right thing as a company. They continue to keep doing things wrong when all they have to do is do the right thing. If they would start doing things right then maybe they could start gaining some respect.Originally posted by reid boys View PostThe wrg can do nothing right for some of you.
