^^^ I feel the same way as Bullring. The story said he got to race at the end of September under a "deferral" while the lab results of his tire samples were evaluated (or examined, something like that). So assuming the results were upheld, why aren't those three days he was allowed to race in September then added to the end of the original sentence?And don't get me wrong, I don't really care if he races or not, but it sort of makes a mockery of the penalty system. I look at it like the Ezekiel Elliot deal in football. They found a Judge that put a hold on the suspension, so he could play, but now that another Judge/s say no to that, he will still have to sit out the original 6 games. They're not going to count the five weeks he got to play as part of the suspension, and only sit him for one additional game.Maybe the penalties in racing need to be a number of races, and not a time frame. The way it is, it's like when MLB sits down a pitcher for 5 or 6 games. Big deal! They most likely only miss one start, at the most. What if it had rained for the entire month of his suspension? It really wouldn't have suspended him from anything then.

I agree with you especially the latter part when they get a penalty it should be a number of races 4.5 6 race or whatever amount of races not having anything to do with a number of days I think that would get em and would be more fair

The wrg can do nothing right for some of you. They can donate million dollars to fight cancer and find something wrong with that.

Your right, the people with their eyes open can see what is going on and they are tired of it. When Ump started, they promised standardized rules across the country. We can see where that went. The first year the tire rule changed to a larger tire, supposedly because the racers wanted it, but I don't know of one that wanted to buy all new tires. The rules aren't even standard for one race car to the next. And when the racers keep cheating the spoiler height, UMP just raises the height. When the difference in wheel base gets abused, they just rewrite the rule to accommodate that. When Farmer City got robbed by the promoter, UMP. being the good pardner they say, pulled their sanction and the grandfather clause, that allowed a Lucas race. UMP scheduled on top of LaSalle for the big Rockford race, offered Izzo three SN dates the next year. Before that could happen they suspended LaSalle and will probably take his grandfathered Lucas and IMCA races . When Peoria rained out their SN race, that they took from Izzo, UM said less than half the race was official for the books. Now with suspensions with out proof and suspensions that are good for some and bad for others, who can trust them or like them. WRG sucks money out of the sport and gives very little back.

The fact that he is still second in points is total BS. Look at the 5 from a couple years ago, 4m and WRG were going to hang em from a tree. Far as I can tell he lost about $15k supposedly and that's it. Or Josh and Best and what happened with LaSalle. Yeah, it wreaks to high heaven.
