Richard and I were very good friends and I talked to him about a month ago and he wasn't in good shape then, but in true Rich's fashion he was gonna' battle it out, and I too am deeply saddened by this news. His picture page was a main reason why I came on here in the recent years because he would always call me and tell me had some new pictures he was gonna' post. A true and legendary 4m Hall of Famer if they ever had one, he's really gonna' be missed on this site. So now, him and Lee Kindred (Leebo) and Rich's long time hero Buck Simmons are all together somewhere and I'm sure some tall tales and liquid refreshment is being shared.

I valued our long time friendship on here Rich and hopefully I'll see you again someday, you certainly were the best this site had to offer !! Eternal peace and God's grace to you my dear friend !

And this makes fourteen of my good friends that I've known on here who are gone now since 1996.
