Eckert won WoO in 2011, Owens won Lucas that year. If the same chassis builder won both natuinal tours in the same year it may have been 2005 but I can't remember if Moyer was in a masterbilt or Rayburn in 2005, I was thinking mastersbilt.

Edit: Nevermind Owens was in a Bloomquist in 2011.lol
