Overall on track product during the 2017 racing season.
How was the racing in your region and across the country this year track by track.
Your thoughts on how the year was - the great, the good, the bad, & the down right ugly.

I go to shaddy hill at times and can say they seriously need to do something with the way they drag their program out to track prep as well as tech on a car. I favor fals and farmer city as well as macon more and was impressed the most by racing at fals.

Dry, Dusty, Drawn Out, and overpriced throughout the southeast!!!!! And before you start the don’t bash the local track bull....... maybe there should be accountability for what is the truth?????? Hiding from it does nothing to correct the problem!!!!

This season was butt ugly at the two tracks we go to, almost every time. Dry, dusty, grit-blasting, and poor racing on the track.

Worst season I've seen in 40 seasons.

I'm at wits end with these two tracks. It's a hell of a shame that they have to operate like this, and to think of all the years they have done this way (and even worse this season) and all of the great racing nights that never got to happen. Such a shame. I used to try and drive out of this world to find good race tracks, but have gotten to tired to play that game anymore. Wish I could see a track like Fairbury for sure.

In the early 80's they used calicum to fix or help that problem and there was good racing. Calicum has been banned for decades now and idk if there anything legal that tracks can use.

Hope so for what they use it for. I think you can go to like home Depot or Lowe's and buy it.

I would say it would depend on state guidelines and if i remember right it was kind of pricey. Is that the same as the calcium they put in tractor tires? The calcium cloride.

Racing in my area was pretty good. It did seem to rain a lot here at the wrong times.
