Found on Twitter that lead me to an Instagram post from Sara McDowell that they have moved to Mooresburg TN area and will be setting up shop. McDowell gonna run Lucas in 18'?

It sounds as if McDowell and Bloomquist are going to be actual teammates this year.
They've always had a good working relationship it seems. Going all the way back to when Dale drove a Barry Wright. He drove Scott's backup at the 95 World 100. I saw him put it on everybody good at Smoky Mountain last year right after he switched to Bloomquist cars. Team Zero owned that night McDowell, Landers and Bloomquist top 3

I remember after one of the last couple race's of the year McDowell ran he did mention not being happy about there performance this year an taking his car to Scott's to get updated with everything bloomquist had been running towards middle to the end of the year to get each other on the same page an regroup sorta speak.

I'm not sure it was ever a 'teammate' situation anyway. Yea, they drove the same cars, but they rarely pitted by eachother (the last 2 years he ran them anyway) and Jimmy didn't let Scott know what they were doing. Jimmy did alot of his own shock stuff himself back then also so that wasn't the same as what Scott had. I mentioned getting back in a Bloomquist car to him and his crew early this season and the response was "he won't sell us one, we tried"
