I need some help my son took an none suscriber account but now it says that your premium account has expired what the heck are we doing wrong

What device are you using? Your computer? If so, make sure you are using either Google Chrome or Firefox for your browser. If you have multiple people sharing the internet, kick them off. It sounds like a bandwidth issue, so close out anything you've using on the internet and make sure everyone else is off of it.
