Yea, that's gotta be it..... Cody (who has nothing to do with scoring) just didn't want Tanner to win. SMH Do you guys that call yourselves fans actually pay attention to the rules and calls when they are called against drivers other than the ones you cheer for? The scoring staff wasn't a bunch of rookies.

I was thinking the same thing.

      It's the leader plus 1

your missing my point, sometimes they waited till nearly 1/2 lap before the yellow was thrown, other times not so it seemed more subjective than most tracks I attend.

It's really easy to second guess those calls... depends on who has the authority to throw the yellow. Some tracks give that job to the flag man... some to the scorers and sometimes both. Each incident is different. On a track that small things happen very fast.

Tyler did a hell of a job even saving the car when they got together.

awesome job by Carpenter, kid is fun as hell on track and on camara.. i agree on the variation in cautions. gundaker hadent even fully spun out yet and the yellow was out and when in the b main schlenk had the lead for 3/4 of a lap before they threw the yellow

Because Schlenk was still attempting to race - you can't throw a yellow until you know he is stopping or too slow. He was slower but maintained the lead as you said for 3/4 of a lap and from the tower we didn't know it was because of a flat. That is what cameras do for you. They have different angles and can show you much more than what we see in front of us. And Rusty was still trying to race when he made contact with Breazeale. It sucks that it happens that way but that is how it is on little bullrings. Contact is early and often.

Gundaker was indeed going around when the yellow came out. If a car spins there in front of the field the yellow has to come out. Its too small to want guys to throttle up and keep moving and drive out in front of or into the rest of the field.

It always amazed me how people can see different things when watching the same thing. I believe Tanner's bad luck, was mostly his own fault. When trying to pass someone, there is no rule that the guy in front, can't block. There is no rule the lead guy has to give you the best line. When English kept getting blocked on the bottom line, by Carpenter, he may have wanted to think about a different line or at least different timing on that line. When he didn't, it was the start of his problems.

There was other cars with the same choices and they changed lines and didn't crash out. Babb, Lanigan and Pierce all went to the top at times. It may or may not have been the fast way around, but they didn't let someone chop their nose, lap after lap, finally stalling him out. Tanner English just needs a few more laps to get polished like the pro's are. How many times do you make the same mistake, before you get smart and dump them or change lines.

Sorry have to call you out on this one. It is it amazing how you view it than the rest. It wasn't ONE FULL LAP! So where you get lap after laps at?

Carpenter was getting all in the back of english for 2 or 3 before caution came out from b.Shepp. coming out of 4 drop of the green Carpenter was pushed on English trying get to the bottom get traction. He almost put English in the tire, then he was trying block English. How that top groove work out for Babb? There was reason why Carpenter was trying so hard get the bottom when English was starting off the bottom.

I know a lot drivers would have dumped Carpenter for doing what did before the caution and from drop of the green. Have to say English handle himself very well wanting try race Carpenter clean as he did how Carpenter was racing.

I believe I saw Carpenter chop his nose in turn 3 a couple times. That constitutes time after time. Do you really think, Carpenter would give English the bottom line? To keep trying to push a bad position was what got English in trouble. He was faster than Carpenter. Not enough experience is why he got dumped. There was things that English could have done, to escape getting stalled out and punted. I totally understand English being mad at Carpenter, but should be a little mad at himself for falling into that trap.

Its not that he was put back after the caution it was the (not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word)(not a nice word) move by Carpenter that was the defining factor.Carpenter dumped him big time
