I've thought the same thing all week. He's most generally in contention anywhere he goes, in any car he sits in. He's been off to his normal standards this week. Especially after the first practice night when he was d@mn near a second faster than everyone.

Sounds like this was a good week for him to get used to his new car, when it doesn't count for much.
A chance to be willing to make mistakes or try things unfamiliar, and just to shake down a new car, figure out how it drives differently than what you were in last year.

I’m glad someone else caught that! Man, the view you get when you put on the 4m supplied bench racer glasses. They truly do allow you to see what really happens. I can’t believe all the action and drama I’ve missed over the last 36 years without them.

Now if I could find some to help me understand how race cars work. Maybe that secret is hidden in the Hoosier ball caps.

Well his family car is really good piece, but it’s not the house car with best parts money can buy. Also you think mark going sell a chassis that is 100% the same as house car? I’m sure that house has another 75k to 100k worth of stuff that Brandon’s family car doesn’t. Then there marks notes how track conditions and set up.
