That car is so much more than a nosepiece, it’s the wedge shape to it, very similar to Charlie’s car. All about maximum downforce and traction. That pic is the best yet on how ridiculous they have gotten.

The body on that Overton car is really ugly, I'm not sure how that nose can be legal, its really no different than the noses of the 80s and early 90s. They need to have body rules that support attractive esthetics if for just that reason alone. These cars are too expensive to be this ugly. Its gotta hurt fan appeal.

It looks alot like one of the older Blount Motorsports designs alot of yellow and black. I don't have a pic but saw it on the lucas oil racing tv broadcast . Its sharp
