        Sheppard came from 21st to 6th. Thursday night he started there and won.

          Its funny how sheppard starts deep in field and wins or come in top 3-5. Heat races and qual he does crap.

            Another thing I noticed is how it seems Pierce does better when he starts towards the back in feature races. He almost just kind of seems to be floating around the track, with no true direction when up near the front. Eventually he falls back outside the top top or just around there. The couple races he started in the back, Bobby was making moves and passing. Idk, just an observation. Going to be interesting to see how quickly he can adjust to a full time Lucas tour with the best of the best going night in and night out.

              I think his car isnt rotating like they want it to..then it skates bad coming off no side or forward bite..again I think its the shock package the rockets with integras on sure arent having any problems...

                  It's all about qualifying. There hasn't been a lot of passing in the heats, so your qualifying time is even more important. By feature time the track has widened out and you can make up for a poor qualifying effort.
