What you heard is incorrect. Another pot trying to get stirred. I can confirm, though that Lucas did have 3 rule changes since Florida. Not specifying what, just that there were changes. JD passed tech just fine both nights this weekend.

This has to do with after Florida changes...not tonight and not being able to pass tech. They did have to change some things, yes. However, again he passed tech both nights.

I dont root for or against JD but I watched the walk through at driver intros and theres not a car in the field that has the rf and rf nose jacked way up like his then the body line runs down to the door then back way up to the spoiler...shaped like a boomerang they are def pushing the limits if not breaking them...plus its ugly lol

Him posting that tonight lead me to think he must have been talking about this weekend.....for the record I like JD and I'm not a hater like a lot on here..... I like guys trying to come up with new ways to go faster, and I disagree with all the rules on supers. I don't think guys should be punished for being good at coming up with outside the box ways to win. In my opinion that is racing.

Bottom line, Lucas isn't going to ever let a season like 2015 ever happen again. If they come up with an edge, you can be sure Lucas will find it and knock it out. There is a great deal of politics involved. I think most know this, though. I don't get bothered really about hate towards JD or anything like that. People have their favorites and like to root against others. The guy is a genuinely nice guy. That doesn't mean everyone is going to like him. This points race should be a fun one!

Trust me, ugly or not, Lucas would knock it right down if it were illegal. They haven't broke a single rule. They've just created new rules to be implemented in the Book Of Lucas! Lol

I agree....but their line of thinking is the same as NASCAR's thinking was at it's peak. They made, and still make their goal for all the cars to be equal, and they've driven thousands of fans out of the sport.(along with turning their backs on the regions, and markets that made them)....Trying to make the racing better, they ruined it and now have a boring product that declines more every year. I just hate to see dirt LM go down this same failed path.

I don't disagree with this. The body on these LM's are not a good look.
