What's the procedure on tent camping across the street at the baseball diamond? first come first serve? reserved? who do I contact? ... thanks for any info (or advice)

For Tent camping it never gets full not even close to full so get their the earliest you can. No bonfires but you can grill out in the baseball field. Their usually is tent camping on the back side of the track aswell but its first come first serve too but usually fills up very quickly and its the only place for tent camping to have bonfires.
