Lucas is getting ready to hit a pretty hard stretch. My guess is a lot of guys will take this weekend off to get ready for the next month.

Not really a fan of this track. It’s shaped like Martinsville and always ends up one laned on th bottom. If you can hug the bottom and they slip a little Jt opens up passing opportunities.

They have changed the configuration up a little bit and recently added a bunch of new clay with some different style banking......I haven't been there in about 3 weeks, will be interesting to see what the new clay and banking has done to the racing.

Good point Kwd. It will be Bobbys third time this year there when they get to the lucas race they should have some real good notes on what to do then...

I would say they probably did. This is their home track and Mr. Lamm used to own it.

Does anyone know what the schedule of events is for Friday?? Are they just qualifying and heats on Friday?? With the B mains on Saturday?? Not sure I will be able to make Fridays show due to work.....plan on coming Saturday after work..Any info would be appreciated!!
