I remember when goats were allowed onto eldora the week leading up to big events. Their urine coused a chemical reaction that made the dirt a tacky gum like texture that didn't breakdown and stayed sticky the whole night!

Nah. They still use it on construction yards, melting ice, etc.

That's the same stuff they used on the track at the first dome race. Not much dust, but a lot of holes. They clearly used too much the last night, it was rougher than a night in jail.

What does Eldora use? I thought it has smelled like some sort of soap for the last few years. Whatever it is I think they used it at Brownstown for the No Way Out 40 cause it smelled the same.

There isn't any magic substance that's going to keep the track tacky and racy without drawbacks. Figuring out what a track needs (and that changes from week to week dependent on weather and the like) is a process that takes years to figure out.
