      Miss the part where there is no fee? It’s a questionnaire.
      Up in the air who my next “favorite” driver is. Really losing hope on Bloomer getting anywhere back to “normal”.

              Believe it's for points & additional insurance. It's 1 time fee or should say was that way but that was early 00's

                      We had to sign this stuff in the 60's... Wissota's rule book that you agree to follow has 18 pages of legalese before you get to the car specs.
