Not that packed last night, good crowd thou, a lot of people in the Pits it seems. You can actually park in the infield and watch the races.
Overton put on a show in the Dash IMHO, he was the only one that would venture out to the top side. Passed a few cars out there. Owens is on rails, his new engine is a bullet, and that XR1 looks great. Shepp looks good too, i will say these 2 will duke it out in the feature.
Call me crazy, but i think Madden wanted to run the Consi. He had plenty of car and was passing, started 5 or 6th? got up to 3rd and he got out in the marbles and slid back. Then the car looked weird, like a brake problem or something, and then he just kinda slowed and slid back to 5th.
Anyway, Ferguson, and Overton would be the ones to watch too. Ferguson is fast, and Overton will get out there where no one will run and gas it up. I like that kid more and more.

100 lap feature? If so Overton and Sheppard will probably keep the top blown off enough to make 2 good grooves as long as the bottom doesn't bolt down.Comment
