Overton is a heck of a driver, plain and simple. Weaver won’t find a better young up and comer. The wreck at Eldora wasn’t Overtons fault in my eyes. Not sure who a good replacement will be. They’ve obviously struggled since the rule changes came out but I didn’t think they would split.
Brandon Overton and DREAM racing part ways!

Why would he be a better fit at Bowyer? Both of those drivers are great, or use to be and now they cant seem to get out of the way sometimes. I figured Clint's teams were well funded.

brandon can wheel a car for sure, the moyer deal, hell i would have turned left and not let him wreck me or hit the brakes but that was a racing deal, randy doesn't like wrecking stuff but it does happen, after all its racing, didn't know vin left, he is a pretty smart fella, and lets face it everyone has stepped it up the last year or two, so its not so easy, its all about the testing and work these days, pretty hard to find an edge and keep it long

Lanigan has been a hairball all year until he grabbed a pre-lim win at Eldora. Granted, the dream weavers haven't been a whole lot better, but Bowyers drivers are a combined over 100 years old. They need to get some new fresh blood in there.

How about changing your name to PlanetTMac?????? hahahahhahaaaaOriginally posted by Planetzer0 View PostI don't think Weaver wants someone to move to Tennessee necessarily, he just wants someone who is going to be around in the shop a few days a week to help out. I just said McCreadie would be a good fit, its going to take alot to make that happen but a few days ago McCreadie was talking about hanging it up if things didnt turn around and now this opportunity came up. Weaver/ McCreadie with Sweetners sponsorship would be a great deal for everyone.
