with chub dropping off the tour that leaves Eckert as the only original driver left . they were called the dirty dozen. bloomer, moyer , Eckert, frank, Lanigan, francis,balzano, Hartman,aukland, McDowell, schliper and Wallace. Wallace only ran a couple races and dropped, clint smith took his place the series started with a meeting at the pittburgh airport. , not sure what year ,but early 2000's.

He was the injury replacement for Richards when Richards was out. He only ran the first 1/4 of the season or so, then Tim Fuller drove it for two races, then Eckert finished the year.
