I'm safely in my car. I just don't understand how in the age of social media and the vast majority of people having the internet in their pocket why we can't move these events up an hour to try to get them in. There was no sense of urgency until it became obvious that a storm was almost here.

Piss poor management seems to be the theme of this year's Hell Tour. It makes me extra angry because I've been into weather all my life. I'm a trained spotter and I've dabbled in storm chasing. I know how to interpret radar and forecast models. I KNEW it was going to storm at 8:00. I thought (stupidly) "surely they know the situation and will hurry the program along and run the lates first". I should've known better. If they had just moved it up one hour, we could've got at least the LM feature in, which is the one 99% of us were there for in the first place. They never learn...
